Petra did an incredible job on our old town 1920’s home! They kept the vintage feel that we loved and opened up the space to flow freely. Working with Petra Custom Builders was an absolute pleasure. Not only were they incredibly efficient, professional, and personable, but they were also extremely meticulous and conscientious in their work. They were both punctual and respectful of my schedule and realistic in the timeframe needed to execute the project. The also communicated to me daily what their plan was and what they intended to have completed, which allowed me to constantly feel in the loop. They listened intently to what I wanted the end result to be and made realistic suggestions throughout to achieve my final vision.
Their workmanship far exceeded our expectations, the crews were very professional and respectful, especially of our privacy and the fact that we were living in the house during the remodel; and best of all, they kept on schedule!
